The original version of the collection was released on Xbox One in 2014 and included the first four main title Halo titles, with Halo: Reach and ODST being added in the coming years for free. Halo 3 was released on PC only two months ago in July.
Halo 3: ODST's arrival to the collection will mark the fifth Halo game to make its way to PC. A trailer dropped today announcing that Halo 3: ODST will join the PC version of the Halo: The Master Chief Collection later this September - on the anniversary of the original 2009 release, no less.
